Job responsibilities
1. Facilitate communication and coordination between China and Indonesia in alignment with the company's development strategy and business needs, ensuring the stability and long-term sustainable growth of our core freight forwarding business. 2. Support and assist team members in maintaining client relationships, providing guidance and solutions tailored to the needs of both new and existing key accounts. 3. Oversee the implementation and execution of key account management strategies and plans in Indonesia and, when required, at the headquarters level. 4. Maintain, monitor, and identify potential opportunities within existing key account projects. 5. Proactively develop and pursue new key account business opportunities. 6. Actively coordinate with other branches, departments, and ports to refine management requirements, enhance service efficiency and quality, and build a reliable and stable key account service platform. 7. Promptly complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, International Freight, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or operations is preferred. 3. Chinese ethnicity or nationality; native proficiency in Chinese, with professional working proficiency in English. 4. Based in Indonesia or willing to relocate to Indonesia immediately. 5. Strong computer skills, with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. 6. Ability to work under pressure, proactive, and results-driven.
