RegularDesign/CreativeA USA garment company, is currently looking to recruit a Junior Cad Assistant, to join our growing design team within our shanghai branch office.

Applicants must have the following:Degree in Fashion/Accessories Design. 1-3 years solid experience in garment/accessory design. Design experience in both woven AND knit product items. Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, and design software. Be aware of Fashion trends for both International and Domestic markets. Strong eye and sense for colour, details and layouts. Good follow-up, communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently. Outgoing, enthusiastic and hard working personality. Good level in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Responsibilities:To translate design sketches into detailed CAD forms and tech packs. Research & report on trends of the season, via Catwalk, Street, and market inspirations. Amend and modify existing designs to client’s specifications in an original way. Follow instructions well from both the Design and Sales/Merchandising team.
