Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment installations, service, maintenance and repairs. Maintain IT equipment asset movement Provide IT assistance and user training. Strictly adhere and preserve confidentiality of all IT information. Complies with companywide policies and procedures. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and policies. Perform basic software, portals and application support such as user accounts administration, application updates and upgrades and user training and guides on how to use. Provides first line support for IT needs on events, trainings and troubleshooting and technical support. Manages IT and Helpdesk email for urgent requests for support Any other responsibilities as assigned by Head of Department.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role. Basic knowledge of IT equipment, troubleshooting, and user support. Familiarity with IT asset management and vendor coordination is a plus. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in IT support are welcome to apply. Ability to handle urgent tasks as required.
