1.More than 5 years of overseas project work experience (mandatory); 2. Have work experience in mergers and acquisitions, domestic and foreign capital market operations, and investment management; 3. Work experience in investment project analysis and industry policy research in the environmental protection industry; 4. Have experience in participating in major key project work and making positive contributions. 5. Proficient and smooth English communication skills (hard regulations); 6. Possess language proficiency in other minor languages, such as Arabic for the Middle East and Spanish for Latin America; 7. Graduate degree or above. 8. Individuals with intermediate or higher professional and technical titles such as Intermediate Accountant and Intermediate Economist, or holding certificates such as Chinese Certified Public Accountant, Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant, International Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Risk Manager, Asset Appraiser, Tax Agent, etc; 9. Have the professional ability to coordinate the comprehensive financial management of enterprises; 10. Familiar with domestic and international financial regulatory rules, with rich professional knowledge in the environmental protection industry; 11. Proficient in applying international business rules, leading the development of international strategic planning and international market expansion; 12. Proficient in international finance, finance and other professional knowledge, able to handle complex international financial audits, international financial investments and capital operations.
