1. Monthly cost variance analysis at the BU level, such as PPV, productivity, and work order variances 2. Data preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget 3. Prepare the calculation of annual standard activity rates 4. Lead other special project analysis e.g. supporting business case analysis for business growth projects in different scenarios as needed; 5. Provide high quality and business meaningful data-based analysis to management team to drive business. 6. Other tasks assigned

1. Degree or above, Financial management or Accounting major. 2. More than 5 years working experience on finance related experiences, MNC FP&A or costing functional is preferred. 3. Good written and spoken English 4. Solid knowledge of SAP system, excellent computer skills including MS office, particularly in Excel. 5. Strong business partnering and teamwork mindset.
