1、Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively and systematically identify, research, and evaluate high-potential streamers and content creators based in North America (US & Canada) across mainstream social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch. 2、Initiate first contact with targeted talents, lead business negotiations, and successfully manage the signing process to continuously expand the scale and enhance the quality of the company's overseas streamer network. 3、Talent Relationship Management & Communication: Act as the primary company liaison for international streamers. Utilize video conferences, voice calls, and instant messaging to clearly articulate company offerings, collaboration models, support policies, and latest initiatives using fluent English (additional languages are a strong advantage). Build and maintain long-term, stable, and trusting partnership relationships with talents, serving as a cultural bridge to ensure smooth and efficient communication. 4、Cross-Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with domestic operations and content production teams in China to facilitate and coordinate the participation of international talents in company promotional videos, marketing campaigns, and other related projects. 5、Provide frontline insights and recommendations on the latest North American market trends and talent needs to inform the development of localized strategies by the team.

1、Native or fully fluent English communication skills (American or Canadian accent preferred), capable of conducting barrier-free business negotiations and in-depth discussions with North American talents. 2、A power user and deep understanding of social media platforms; must possess strong knowledge of the live-streaming ecosystem, content trends, and influencer culture on platforms like TikTok. 3、Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills with high cultural sensitivity. Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment and skilled at building trust with North American creators. 4、Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills. 5、Chinese language proficiency is not mandatory but would be a significant advantage. 6、Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented; must enjoy hunter-style prospecting and business development activities. 7、Excellent resilience under pressure and strong problem-solving abilities. 8、A team player with strong coordination skills and the ability to leverage available resources effectively.
