Ensure all content complies with industry regulations and advertising standards 6. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams for campaign launches 7. Support new product launches with engaging storytelling and visuals 8. Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and ROI

1. 2–4+ years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing 2. Proven experience in the FMCG industry (required) 3. Experience in regulated industries (vape, tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, etc.) is a strong advantage 4. Strong understanding of brand positioning and consumer psychology 5. Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) Basic photography and video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.) 6. Knowledge of paid social content best practices 7. Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and brand voice 8. Commercial awareness and understanding of retail-driven marketing
