- According to the international market development and the company's strategic planning, assist the sales director to formulate international sales strategy, sales plan and quantitative sales target. - Formulate the annual budget of international sales expenses and complete the international sales tasks issued by the company. - Formulate sales, market coverage, market share and other evaluation indicators. - Decompose the sales task indexes and formulate the responsibility and expense evaluation methods. - Assist in formulating and adjusting international sales operation policies. - Organize and lead the international sales team to complete the sales target, coordinate and deal with all kinds of market problems. - Summarize and coordinate the plan of supply demand and formulate the plan of supply deployment. - Coordinate sales relationship.

- Master Degree or Phd or Chemistry or Engineering. - Proficiency in at least one foreign language and excellent written and oral communication skills in that foreign language. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. - At least three years of experience in international sales or related field with proven success in sales and/or business development. - Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners. Creativity and problem solving skills are also important. - Frequent travel to foreign countries may be required, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Must be knowledgeable about global markets, industry trends and international business practices.
