Job responsibilities
Based on the current situation and development trends of the overseas market, and in combination with the company's product status and development plan, formulate overseas market goals, strategies, layouts, and marketing plans, and organize their implementation.
Build an overseas marketing team, establish a marketing management system and process framework, and be responsible for overseas market development, sales, and achieving market target indicators.
Organize the development of the overseas market, develop customer resources through multiple channels, explore customers' product needs, and establish an overseas channel customer system.
Research overseas market trends and industry information, and organize corporate brand promotion and market expansion in the overseas market.
Other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
A full - time undergraduate degree or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
More than 5 years of overseas sales experience, more than 3 years of overseas sales team management experience. Those with overseas electromechanical equipment sales experience and sales channels will be preferred.
Familiar with foreign sales processes, channels, and relevant international trade rules.
Good at overseas market development and channel construction, with excellent overseas market planning capabilities and keen international risk prevention capabilities.
Possess an excellent international perspective and business awareness, outstanding business negotiation, interpersonal communication, resource integration, and conflict - resolution capabilities.
Strong stress - resistance ability, a high sense of responsibility, and a pioneering spirit.
