Job Responsibilities: - Establish and manage relationships with overseas hotel sales channels, including contracting, onboarding new clients, and optimizing partnerships with existing clients. - Communicate regularly with clients to identify, prioritize, and address their needs. - Monitor industry trends and prospects to develop business strategies and support the team in implementation. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Supplier Management, Process & Policy) to propose improvements and optimize systems and workflows. - Drive project execution, track performance data, and define key monitoring points and metrics for priority initiatives. - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

- Bachelor’s degree or above, with fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). - Self-motivated learner with strong communication skills, proactive thinking, and project execution capabilities. - Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and client management is preferred. - Data-sensitive, with solid analytical and logical thinking skills; able to perform forecasting and optimization based on existing data. - Proficient in common office software, skilled in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
