Assist in dealing with various crisis events of the company overseas, such as the anti-subsidy investigation, negative public opinion and government inquiry of the European Union against car companies; 5. Responsible for the management of the company's official seal and license, labor compliance, overseas data GDPR, anti-commercial bribery, export control and sanctions, anti-monopoly, trade secret protection and other key compliance areas; 6. Assist litigation and intellectual property departments to deal with overseas disputes and intellectual property protection and rights protection; 7. Establish legal compliance standards and provide legal support and solutions for the company's overseas housing leasing, engineering construction, investment, export trade, procurement, research and development, production and sales; 8. Conducted contract review and support for a large number of overseas businesses; 9, regularly according to the overseas market development situation, combined with local regulatory policies, timely training of management, to provide business risk early warning; Regularly organize legal training for employees, improve overseas compliance awareness, and prevent risks; 10. According to the company's overseas business development needs, complete other legal compliance risk control work arranged by the company.

1, master degree or above, with Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom or New York/California Bar bonus, proficient in English; 2, Singaporean or Hong Kong people or English-speaking countries, with 10-15 years of overseas business experience, preferably as a GC of MNC (specific requirements: 4-7 years of experience in serving private companies in international well-known law firms +6-8 years of background in automotive companies/entities and practical operation experience in the United States and Europe; sufficient resources in overseas industry and business, law firms and Chinese circles; led at least 10 overseas legal teams to understand the whole process of risk prevention and control of overseas business of automotive companies; Ability to build the international risk prevention and control system of automobile enterprises from 0-1); 3, high emotional intelligence, willing to keep up with the fast pace of work, will delegate power but can also handle business details.
