As our International Business Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our international expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our client base, manage key accounts, and optimize our cross-border trade operations. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global trade and supply chain dynamics.

· Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new international markets and expand presence in existing ones. · Identify, negotiate, and secure deals with new overseas clients and distributors. · Manage the end-to-end order process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations (Incoterms, L/C, etc.). · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international clients and partners. · Collaborate closely with internal supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. · Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the global landscape. · Represent the company at international trade shows and business meetings.
