As Innovation Manager you help to design and present a clear vision and innovation strategy within the organization. This requires insight into future trends, needed technologies, and analytical thinking. This vision will guide both long-term thinking and day-to-day tasks. You are involved in innovation projects. Innovation projects mean you are a part of innovation activity programs, resulting in creation of new or significantly improved products, technologies, processes and services.

We are looking for talents from abroad or candidates who came to China after January 2024. For long-term innovation projects (minimum 3 years and longer) we are looking for outstanding professional and technical skilled talents, senior management talents and entrepreneurs.
