Job responsibilities
As Innovation Manager you help to design and present a clear vision and innovation strategy within the organization. This requires insight into future trends, needed technologies, and analytical thinking. This vision will guide both long-term thinking and day-to-day tasks.
You are involved in innovation projects.
Innovation projects mean you are a part of innovation activity programs, resulting in creation of new or significantly improved products, technologies, processes and services.
Job Requirements
We are looking for talents from abroad or candidates who came to China after January 2024.
For long-term innovation projects (minimum 3 years and longer) we are looking for outstanding professional and technical skilled talents, senior management talents and entrepreneurs.
Anyone can apply, Chinese and foreigners who meet the requirements listed below.
You are a technical expert or senior management talent and you have expertise in one of the following sectors:
- Automotive, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Industrial AI, Medical Device Manufacturing, Integrated Circuit or other key technologies.
Requirements:
· Maximum 40 years of age (date of birth after January 1, 1982)
· Successfully completed studies abroad
· Doctorate degree
· Minimum 3 years working experiences
· Currently living and working abroad or (back) in China after January 2024
· Holding a position in a foreign enterprise
· Open minded for China and working with and at domestic high-tech companies
· Willingness to work in China at least for 3 years
· Professional English skills
· No criminal record (to obtain a work permit)
