1. Preparation of factory investment plans, control of investment usage, and investment closure applications; 2. Capacity planning; 3. Factory layout planning; 4. Assessing manpower needs based on capacity and preparing human resource demand plans along with setting labor cost targets; 5. Evaluating tooling and space requirements based on new models and latest dimensions; 6. Establishing and updating standard capacity and unit prices; 7. Leading major improvement projects; familiar with IE site improvement techniques, project management tools, and having a track record in IE improvement projects; 8. Continuously optimizing efficiency and reducing costs; 9. Planning for new factory construction; 10. Training and promoting IE methods.

1. IE experience in the automotive industry is preferred; 2. Flexible and adaptable in work handling; 3. Strong sense of responsibility; 4. Ability to follow work arrangements, strong pressure resistance, and adaptability to overtime; 5. Associate degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering; candidates from non-industrial engineering backgrounds with over 2 years of IE engineer experience are preferred; 6. Working languages are English/Portuguese.
