Job responsibilities
The responsibilities of a human resources manager mainly include the following aspects:
1. Develop and implement the company's human resources strategic plan, including employee recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits planning.
2. Recruit and select suitable employees, and recruit excellent talents for the company through various stages such as developing recruitment plans, publishing recruitment information, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
3. Develop and implement employee training plans to enhance their professional skills and qualities, and promote their personal development.
4. Develop and implement an employee performance management plan to motivate employees to improve their work performance by setting performance goals, evaluating performance, and providing feedback on performance results.
5. Develop and adjust employee compensation and benefits policies, design a reasonable compensation system, and improve employee work enthusiasm and satisfaction.
6. Coordinate and handle employee relationship issues, including employee complaints, disputes, etc., to maintain a good working atmosphere and employee relationships.
7. Understand and comply with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, social insurance laws, etc., to ensure the compliance of the company's recruitment, salary, benefits, and other aspects.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and other related fields.
2. Possess rich experience in human resource management, familiar with various aspects of human resource management, and able to independently handle various human resource management issues.
3. Possess excellent human resource management skills, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits management, and other related skills. At the same time, it is necessary to have good communication and coordination skills and a spirit of teamwork.
4. Understand and master relevant laws and regulations, including labor law, social insurance law, etc., and be able to develop compliant human resource management policies for the company.
5. Possess data analysis ability, able to analyze human resource data and employee performance data, and provide support for the company's human resource decision-making.
6. Possess leadership and team management skills, able to lead the team to complete work tasks and improve team cohesion.
7. Possess a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to keep company secrets and handle various emergencies. At the same time, it is necessary to have a proactive and continuous learning attitude, and continuously improve one's professional competence and abilities.
