Responsible for conducting talent recruitment in Russian speaking regions such as Russia. 1. Establish and maintain recruitment channels, including recruitment websites, headhunters, universities, social media platforms, and internal recommendations in the region. 2. Support the reserve of talent for key positions and the construction of localized teams in the region. 3. Based on the recruitment environment and talent market characteristics of different countries in the region, develop targeted recruitment strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and quality. 4. Promote communication and collaboration between the company and overseas talents.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited 2. Experience in overseas human resource management is preferred 3. Having experience living and working in China or currently working in China is preferred 4.Strong communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and problem-solving skills.
