Job responsibilities
1. Lead the entire recruitment process, including job posting, background check, employment approval, and onboarding procedures; 2. Handling labor contract signing, regularization process, resignation process, labor disputes, and employee satisfaction surveys; 3. Calculate monthly salary (including OT/personal income tax), declare social security (SSF), work-related injury insurance (WCF), and statutory benefits; 4. Coordinate with the Sino Thai team to handle visas/work permits for expatriates and promote cross-cultural communication solutions; 5. Organize new employee training, maintain training records, assist in executing performance evaluation processes, track performance results, maintain personnel files, and regularly update HR policies; 6. Coordinate and manage administrative related affairs; 7. Other: Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. 3-5 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing or large enterprises, with priority given to local recruitment resources in Thailand. Fluency in both Chinese and Thai languages is preferred, suitable for both Chinese and Thai teams; 2. Familiar with Thai labor laws, social security policies, and local recruitment channels; 3. Ability to communicate across cultures and withstand pressure; 4. Bachelor's degree or above in human resource management, psychology or related majors; Proficient in using Office software, experience matching education and major can be relaxed.
