Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above is required, with priority given to majors in human resource management, enterprise management, labor economics, psychology, and related fields.
2. Having professional knowledge in human resource management, organizational management, employee relationship management, etc., familiar with human resource related regulations and policies, possessing good communication and coordination skills and organizational management abilities.
3. Have work experience in relevant fields, especially in recruitment, employee relationship management, training, etc.
4. Possess good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, and can withstand certain work pressure.
5. Fluent communication skills in English.
