This position is under Sanya Development Holdings Co.,Ltd. and is responsible for the execution and advancement of core operations related to the Design Role at its subsidiary, Land Development Company. The incumbent will carry out daily tasks in their respective functional area, coordinate resources to ensure the achievement of business objectives, actively participate in team building and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance overall work efficiency, complete various tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner, and continuously learn and improve professional skills. Salary Range: 8,000 – 13,000 RMB/month.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; 2.Background in Architecture; 3.Responsible for architectural design scheme development, drawing, and technical disclosure; 4.Participate in preliminary project planning and design reviews, and handle design changes during the construction phase; 5.Familiar with national and local design codes, proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
