Recruitment and Talent Management
Develop and execute recruitment plans to ensure that the talent needs of the company's departments are met.
Responsible for resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate assessment to ensure recruitment quality and efficiency.
Tracking recruitment data, analyzing the recruitment effect and making suggestions for improvement.
Manage employee files to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee information.
Training and Development
Design and organize employee training programs to enhance employees' professional skills and overall quality.
Evaluate training effectiveness, collect employee feedback and optimize the training system.
Assist employees in formulating personal development plans to support their professional growth.
Employee Relations and Culture
Establish a sound employee communication mechanism to ensure smooth flow of information and resolve employee concerns and problems.
Organize employee activities and team building to enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
Promote the company's culture to ensure that employees understand and agree with the company's values.
Compensation and Benefit Management
Formulate compensation and benefit policies to ensure fairness, reasonableness and competitiveness.
Responsible for the accounting, issuance and adjustment of compensation and benefits to ensure that the rights and interests of employees are protected.
Collect market salary data, analyze the company's salary level, and propose adjustments.
Performance Management
Design performance management system, define performance objectives and evaluation standards.
Organize performance appraisal and ensure the appraisal process is fair and objective.
Analyze performance results, provide performance improvement suggestions, and promote employee performance improvement.
Compliance and Risk Control
Familiarize with and comply with national labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's human resource management compliance.
Identify and assess potential risks in human resource management and propose risk control measures.
Job Requirements
Experience:
5-8 years full time HR experience in an Australian company.
Requirements:
Chinese male with Australian green card and HR experience in Australia.
Age: 35-38 years old
