Job responsibilities
olution Development and Implementation: Lead the team in designing and implementing battery pack module equipment solutions based on client requirements and industry standards, ensuring efficient solution delivery and technical integration.
Technical Support: Provide clients with technical consulting and support, rapidly respond to technical issues and optimize solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain close contact with clients in the German automotive industry (such as OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, etc.), develop a deep understanding of their needs regarding battery modules and pack equipment, and establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical evaluation, solution design, execution, testing and validation, training, and after-sales support, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Management: Oversee the team’s day-to-day operations, support team members’ professional development, and enhance team efficiency and technical capabilities.
Market Insight and Feedback: Stay updated on technological trends and regulatory changes in the battery module industry across Germany and Europe. Communicate market feedback promptly to R&D and management to support continuous product innovation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
Over 8 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in the German automotive industry. Familiarity with automotive battery module or pack equipment technology is preferred.
Solid technical background in battery module or pack equipment, with knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes and equipment, capable of providing solutions based on client needs.
Strong client relationship management and business communication skills, with an existing network or client base in Germany preferred.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensure successful delivery.
German: C2 level, Proficient in English, able to negotiate with international clients.
Will be able to accept relatively frequent business travel.
