Our retail partner in the Philippines is recruiting a Head of HR to join their dynamic team to lead the transformation and strategic direction of the HR team. This pivotal role will place you at the heart of the company, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement and organizational development to support the dynamic growth in the retail sector. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, department heads, & store managers to craft innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster an inclusive workplace culture. You will have the opportunity to shape policies, lead high-impact projects and inspire a dedicated team of HR professionals committed to excellence. Responsibilities: 1.You will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring we attract, retain and develop top retail talent. 2.We expect you to drive employee engagement initiatives by creating a positive workplace culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion across all levels of the organization 3.You shall oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on best practices to enhance workforce productivity and growth 4.You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and advising leadership on potential impacts or necessary changes 5.We look to you for designing competitive compensation and benefits programs that reward excellence and contribute to employee satisfaction and loyalty 6.You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and advising leadership on potential impacts or necessary changes 7.We expect you to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design and strategic workforce planning 8.You shall manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and professional development is prioritized 9.We rely on you to analyze HR metrics and trends, using data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and continuously improve HR process
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail sector 2.Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the Philippines 3.Proven ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives or changes effectively 4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage different level of stakeholders. 5.Able to manage diverse teams and foster an inclusive working environment
