The ideal candidate is passionate about graphic design and development to bring our corporate identity to a whole new level . With a performance oriented approach to design, the candidate must have drive, creative imagination and the research skills required to produce outstanding new design concepts to improve customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who can think outside the box, independent and an excellent team player with experience working in fashion or e-commerce. He/she is adaptable to optimise creative based on business results and be willing to roll up their sleeves to work on a variety of projects from emails to display ads and gift cards.Qualifications:- 3-5 years of visual or graphic design experience- Superb layout, typography skills and experience of photographic art direction to a high standard- Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to build great user and brand experiences- Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Final Cut Pro/After Effects)- Previous experience working with a content management system (CMS)- Self-driven, able to work in a fast paced environment and use initiative- Email campaign and mobile design experience in an agency or in-house environment- Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interaction design- Great communications skills and a fun team player- Strong interest in latest design trends, technology and social media
