The Graphic Artist / Technical Writer will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging graphics and producing technical documentation to support our products/services. Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for various marketing materials, product documentation, and online platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and engineering to gather information and create technical documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting documents. Translate technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand written content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance as products/services evolve over time. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and technical writing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our communication materials.
