职责一：翻译1、负责公司与外商客户现场提案的翻译工作；2、负责相关外事活动的现场翻译工作；3、负责客户部商务策划方案的翻译工作；4、负责客户部日常资料的翻译工作；5、负责公司与外商客户业务联系的传真、信函、邮件、合同文本等的翻译工作；6、负责相关英文资料的翻译工作；7、负责对公司的宣传图册、海报，公司介绍等的英文翻译及英文朗读配音工作；Job responsibility 1st：translat1、responsible for the translation of the proposal when our company are discussing with the foreign enterprise；2、responsible for the translation about the relevant foreign affairs；3、responsible for the translation of the business plan formulated by the Customer Department；4、responsible for the translation of the information or files of the Customer Department；5、responsible for the translation of the faxs、letters、emails、contracts that contact with the foreign affairs；6、responsible for the translation about the relevant English files；7、responsible for the translation of the propaganda poster of our company and the English introduction ,and the English reading work. 职责二：公司英文氛围建设1、配合公司开展语言文化普及活动；2、对客户部人员进行日常英文词汇的指导；3、帮助我司员工了解外资公司在其本国总部的企业文化背景及国外商业模式、文化理念。Job responsibility 2nd：the English atmosphere construction1、assist for the language culture popularizition activities of our company;2、suggest and guide the daily English vocabulary of the Customer Department;3、help our staff know the enterprise culture of the local foreign companies and their business models 、cultural philosophies.职责三：对外的客户维护，对内的工作沟通1、负责与上级指定的客户进行日常的工作沟通，做好沟通记录及时汇报上级领导；2、定期对客户进行回访，了解客户下一步的市场动态和相关合作需求，及时汇报上级领导；2、与公司各部门的日常工作沟通Job responsibility 3rd：externel customer maintenance；internel work communication1、responsible for the daily communication with the appointed customer by superior，make the record and report to the superior in time；2、visit and communicate with the customers regularly，look for the next Market dynamic and the relevant cooperation needs of them，and report to the superior in time；3、communication with other departments of our company
