1, Teaching English to 3-14 year olds through literature and writing exercises. 2, At the beginning, the main focus will be on phonics and lower level literature/writing courses (e.g. Cambridge Curriculum), with future opportunities to teach picture books, novels, grammar and different writing media. 3, Teachers must maintain a professional relationship with parents. 4, EL teachers are expected to provide a consistently challenging classroom environment for their students and to ensure that their teaching methods are consistent with the philosophy and goals of the EL. 5, Teachers shall work five days a week (three weekdays and weekends) with normal working hours of 13-21 on three weekdays and 9-6 on weekends.
