1. Develop and implement the company’s overall sales strategy, marketing strategies, and sales plans, and achieve sales targets. 2. Establish and maintain customer relationships and resources, enhancing average transaction value and order volume. 3. Lead the team in exploring new markets, developing new clients, and expanding product sales reach. 4. Define sales targets based on the marketing plan and break down sales tasks. 5. Create sales budget plans and control sales costs. 6. Develop market promotion strategies to promote company products. 7. Manage the quality and quantity of sales personnel’s work to ensure target achievement. 8. Organize and coordinate various internal activities. 9. Regularly analyze sales performance data to provide decision-making support for the company. 10. Organize participation in industry exhibitions, and handle product promotion and publicity. 11. Assist superiors in internal process optimization to improve business process efficiency. 12. Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Associate degree or higher in International Trade, English, or related fields. 2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the foreign trade industry; candidates with experience in furniture foreign trade are preferred. 3. Familiar with the basic rules, operation processes, and market conditions of the foreign trade industry, with strong market sensitivity and business judgment skills. 4. Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of conducting smooth conversations in English.
