Training implementation and management Organize new employee onboarding training: covering corporate culture, institutional processes, job skills, etc., maintain courseware and track assessment results. 4. Effect evaluation and feedback improvement Design evaluation tools (tests, questionnaires, etc.), analyze training results and write reports, and propose optimization suggestions. 5. Archives and Data Management Establish employee training records, record participation and assessment results, and generate statistical analysis reports.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of work experience in training; 2. Excellent logical thinking ability, communication and driving skills, and stress resistance.
