1. Local national football coach licence (uefa football coach licence is preferred). 2. Have a certain number of years of experience as a football coach. 3. Bachelor degree or above is preferred. 4. Previous or current football coaching experience in China is preferred. 5. Spanish football coach is preferred. 6. Basic knowledge of English or Chinese is preferred.
