Have a higher education background in metallurgy.​ Have more than five years of experience in management positions in metallurgical production (foil rolling production).​ Be able to plan work and set priorities for goal achievement.​ Understand foil composition and aluminum foil rolling production equipment.​ Be familiar with the structure and working principle of foil rolling production equipment.​ Understand foil rolling production technology.​ Master quality statistical management methods and the five quality tool systems.​ Understand the basic requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system.
