Job Responsibilities for Sales Personnel 1. Market Development and New Customer Acquisition; 1.1 Proactively seek out, visit, and sign contracts with new local Italian shoe wholesalers, retailers, boutique buyer stores, and online distribution platforms. 1.2 Research Italian shoe market trends, competitive landscape, and distribution channels to identify and penetrate target customer groups. 1.3 Participate in major industry exhibitions in Italy and Europe to acquire potential customer resources. 2. Customer Relationship Management and Sales Execution; 2.1 Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key customers, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions. 2.2 Independently conduct business negotiations, prepare quotations and sales contracts, handle the entire order process, and ensure the smooth execution of orders and payment collection. 2.3 Regularly promote new products, product lines, and promotional policies to customers to enhance customer loyalty and per-customer output. 3. Market Intelligence Collection and Feedback; 3.1 Collect information on the market, competitors, and end consumers, and regularly provide market analysis reports to the company. 3.2 Systematically transmit customer and market feedback on product design, quality, price, delivery time, etc., to the product development and marketing departments. 4. Sales Support and Cross-Departmental Collaboration; 4.1 Work closely with the company's internal product, operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, and after-sales services. 4.2 Assist in planning and executing localized marketing activities or promotional programs targeting the Italian market.
Job Requirements
Requirements 1. Must have legal right to work in Italy (long-term residence permit/EU passport). Must have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in Italy, with priority given to those with sales experience in the footwear, fashion, or consumer goods industry. 2. Native or fluent Italian, capable of in-depth business negotiations and contract drafting. Fluent in English, which can be used as the working language for communication with the headquarters. 3. College degree or above, major in Business, Marketing, or related fields. 4. Familiar with Italian footwear distribution channels, retail formats, and major industry events; basic understanding of footwear products, materials, and craftsmanship. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; 6. Hold a valid driver's license and be able to adapt to frequent business trips within Italy.
