Job responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the operational plan for the fleet, including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and assignment of transportation tasks. 2. Monitor the daily operation of the fleet to ensure timely departure and arrival of vehicles, and compliance with local traffic regulations and company policies. 3.Responsible for the control and management of fleet operating costs, including fuel consumption, maintenance and repair costs, and insurance premiums. 4. Develop and monitor the fleet budget, propose cost-saving measures and optimization plans. 5. Manage and direct the local driver team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary management. 6.Organize safety training and education activities to raise drivers' awareness of safety and improve their driving skills. 7.Ensure that the fleet operation complies with local laws and regulations and the company's safety standards. 8. Deal with traffic accidents and violations, conduct investigations, and take appropriate improvement measures. 9. Establish good relationships with local suppliers, repair shops, gas stations, etc. to ensure high-quality service and favorable prices. 10. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments and teams at overseas deployment locations to support business operations. 11. Regularly prepare fleet operation reports, including vehicle usage, cost analysis, performance indicators, etc. 12. Provide improvement suggestions and decision support based on data analysis.
Job Requirements
1. With at least 5 years of experience in fleet management, preference will be given to those with overseas work experience. Master's degree, first degree being a full-time undergraduate. 2. Familiar with the operation and management processes of a fleet and related regulations and policies. 3. Have good cost control and budget management skills. 4. Have strong personnel management and team building skills. 5. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 6. Fluent English or ability to communicate in the local language of the assigned country. 7. Able to adapt to the foreign working environment and cultural differences, with strong adaptability and resilience. Salary is negotiable.
