Establish and manage the financial system for the automotive parts business in compliance with Mexican NIFs, IFRS, and group policies, overseeing tax declarations, e-accounting compliance, and internal/external audits. 2. Lead budgeting and cost control across production processes, optimize cost structures, and review financial terms in business documents. 3. Manage Mexico regional treasury, financial closing, and reporting, analyze key industry metrics to support decision-making. 4. Build and develop the finance team, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain relationships with local government and enterprises. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance, holding CPA, CMA, or Mexican CPA preferred. 2. 8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years as Finance Manager in automotive parts/high-end manufacturing; Mexico plant experience is a plus. 3. Fluency in Spanish and English, deep knowledge of Mexican tax/accounting regulations and IFRS, with strong cross-functional communication and team leadership skills.
