1.Conduct in-depth research on overseas markets, macroeconomics, policies, regulations, industry trends and competitive landscape. 2.Screen and evaluate overseas investment targets, build financial models, perform valuation (DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions) and return analysis. 3.Participate in legal, financial and commercial due diligence of cross-border projects; coordinate external advisors (law firms, accounting firms, consultants). 4.Prepare investment memorandums, feasibility reports, due diligence summaries and presentation materials for internal review and approval. 5.Track geopolitical risks, exchange rate risks, regulatory changes and country risks; propose risk mitigation solutions. 6.Assist in deal negotiation, transaction structure design, term sheets and investment documentation. 7.Conduct post-investment tracking: monitor financial performance, project progress and market changes; provide regular analysis reports. 8.Maintain databases of overseas projects, industry data and regional policy updates.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Investment, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields; CFA/CPA/FRM preferred. 2. 2+ years of relevant experience in overseas investment, cross-border M&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity or sovereign fund. 3. Proficient in financial modeling, DCF valuation, comparable analysis and financial statement analysis; able to work with IFRS/US GAAP. 4. Familiar with cross-border investment rules, FDI policies, overseas regulatory environments and common transaction structures. 5. Excellent English proficiency (written & spoken); ability to read, write and present professional reports in English. 6. Strong data analysis, logical thinking, report writing and presentation skills. 7. Able to travel internationally; self-driven, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. 8. Experience in key regions (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, Americas, Africa) is a strong plus.
