Job responsibilities
-Ensure that protection, health, and safety, as well as all other college policies, are known, understood, and integrated into practice;
-Responsible for planning and promoting creative and participatory learning for primary school students in a highly inclusive environment;
-Being able to use formative assessment to provide information for each child's planning and personalized curriculum;
-Establish an educated and safe environment for children to thrive in learning;
-Developing collaborative teaching relationships with CNC subject and professional teachers to cultivate a keen understanding of children's development
And language acquisition;
-Create an exploratory environment, value students' questions, and guide their learning journey;
-Develop good relationships with parents and the wider community through regular and effective communication;
-Mastering and further developing a range of technologies to meet the needs of English learners;
Job Requirements
Educational background:
1. Those with a degree and recognized teaching qualifications, and those with a graduate degree or advanced degree in education will be given priority.
2. Evidence of sustained professional development.
3. At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
Skills and Experience:
1. Willing to have a detailed understanding of PYP and CNC. 2
2. Ability to promote each student's learning through continuous formative assessment in the classroom
3. Effectively utilize information and communication technology in all aspects of learning and teaching
4. Understand and devote oneself to protecting children
5. Participate in joint course plans 6
6. Priority will be given to those with work experience in international schools
7. Those who have experience in inquiry based teaching and have a good understanding of the significance and performance of inquiry based teaching in the classroom are given priority consideration.
