1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. At least two years of teaching experience. 3. Native level speaker. 4. Able to get a Non-Criminal Record background check from your local police department if it's your first time to apply for work permit. (This is a government requirement for those who are getting a new work permit... not those who already have one and are looking to switch jobs within China) 5. Be in good physical health. 6. CELTA, ESL, TEFL or TESOL certification is preferred.
