Job responsibilities
岗位职责：
该岗位负责日常规划、管理和协调与项目经理协商一致的技术相关事宜。主要包括：
(1)为及时有效地执行施工合同，协调所有必要的技术、施工和进度安排事项，并按管理委员会指示的时间和方式向管理委员会报告这些事项。
(2）向管理委员会报告施工合同的执行进度和完成情况。
(3) 与项目经理一起，并就所有财务事项与项目财务经理一起，协调和促进与业主的任何谈判。
(4）组织进度会和协调会。
Job Requirements
要求：
（1）12年以上工作经验；
（2）10年的管理地铁项目的设计或施工的经验，曾经担任过项目经理、或者副项目总监或者项目总监的更优；
（3）工作地点：新加坡，有新加坡地铁项目经验的优先。
