1. He or she should all along remain qualified for the post and perform relevant responsibilities and obligations in a highly efficient manner. 2. He or she should work 5 days per week, including 16-20 teaching hours. (Teaching hours mainly cover language class and training for students who compete in various contests.) 3. The main duty is to improve students’ and teachers’ English skill, and offer guidance and assistance for students on the international exchange program, for those who compete in the contest; help to build an English teaching team in the college and participate in activities held by the college, e.g.: English Corner, English Contest, etc. 4. He or she should hand over an overall teaching plan in due time as regulated by the college. He or she should prepare a specific teaching plan for each class, and is responsible for maintaining the class order. He or she should arrange examination or check for the teaching subject, and submit mark or result according to the college's requirement. 5. He or she should go to class on time and shouldn’t be late or leave early. If he or she is not able to teach due to illness or personal matter, he/she should first notice the leaders in his/her department, and entrust an assistant teacher to fill in a class shifting sheet, and make up missed lessons in time. 6. He or she should receive evaluation according to the teaching regulations and rules of the college. 7. A native English speaker who can speak Mandarin is preferred.
