岗位职责： 1、负责公司产品固晶机等芯片封装设备的售前、售中、售后技术支持；Responsible for equipment engineering from equipment solution corresponding to customer requirement to engineering service after- sales. 2、售前配合销售部门与客户进行技术交流，客户产品的应用打样；Keep tight communication with customer externally and company sales department internally, make a proof for customer. 3、售后负责设备的安装调试、培训与维修保养等；Respoonsible for equipment installation on site, and then adjust and test equipment according to customer products. 4、上级临时安排的其它工作。Others urgent tasks.

岗位要求： 1、机电一体化等相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上技术支持工作经验；Mechatronics or related with bachelor degreeand over 3 years experiences. 2、有光电、机电、自动化行业相关经验优先；Priority with experience in the field such as photoelectricity, mechatronics, automation. 3、性格开朗，待人热情，具有良好的客户服务意识；Open personality and with passion, good sense of serving customer. 4、能适应出差, Be willing to work on site and accept business trip.
