Able to communicate and report the children's classroom performance,learning progress and plan with the parents. 3 . A strong desire to collaborate and share ideas with team. 4. Strong understanding of the importance of family communications 5. Curriculum planing skills. 6. Passionate about implementing early learning programs. 7. Ability to work shifts between 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. (May have extra work on weekend sometimes) 8. Bachelor in early childhood education. 9. Teaching license or TEFOL
