1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, information management or related majors. 2. Be able to communicate fluently in English (there is an English oral interview for this position) or Arabic. 3. Experience in data governance and data warehouse construction, master data collection, cleaning, quality monitoring and modeling methods. 4. Have the ability to sort out data standards and data models in the government affairs industry, and be familiar with the management and governance framework of government affairs data. 5. Proficient in data visualization technology, and have an in-depth understanding of data display and analysis. 6. Familiar with relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB), MPP databases (such as Greenplum) and other database technologies. 7. Experience in using Huawei DataArts or similar big data development platforms. 8. Familiar with data products and industry solutions in the field of government affairs. 9. Positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit and problem-solving ability.

1. Responsible for communicating with customers, accurately understanding their business needs, and transforming them into technical implementation requirements for data processing and production. 2. In-depth understanding of the data structure and standards of the government industry, and design data models and data processing logic that meet business needs. 3. Analyze and solve technical problems in data processing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the data processing process. 4. According to the project requirements, formulate the overall data governance implementation plan, and participate in data research, data collection, data modeling and data standardization. 5. Supervise the implementation of data quality and shared services to ensure the correct use of data products and the compliance of data asset management. 6. The position is an overseas position and is based overseas.
