We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Country Manager to lead the 0-to-1 setup and business expansion of our Thailand or Cambodia branch. You must have a strong freight forwarding background, local market expertise, and proven ability to drive sales while building high-performing teams, establishing the branch as a key regional hub. 1.Develop business strategies, acquire direct clients and agents, lead sales of sea/air/cross-border logistics solutions, and achieve KPIs. 2.Build a local team from scratch (recruit, train, and manage sales, operations, customer service); support office setup and streamline localized processes. 3.Build partnerships with local ports, customs, carriers, and suppliers to ensure service competitiveness and cost efficiency. 4.Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies, proactively manage risks and market changes.

1.Mandatory: Ethnic Chinese, fluent in Mandarin and Thai (Thailand)/Khmer (Cambodia); 2.Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields preferred; 3.5+ years in freight forwarding industry, 3+ years in team management; 4.Established network of local customs, transportation, warehouse suppliers, and client base. 5.Experience in setting up regional branches for multinational companies; 6.Knowledge of Southeast Asia cross-border/e-commerce logistics trends.
