Responsibilities and Expectations: 1、Increase the visibility and presence of the brand on Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms. 2、Develop and implement content strategies to engage and grow the audience. 3、Create, schedule, and manage posts on Instagram and other platforms. 4、Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies. 5、Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding. 6、Attend industry expo and events in Europe to gather content

1、Proven experience (min. 2 years) as a Content Manager for horticultural industry content. 2、Ability with video and photo editing programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc..) 3、Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks responsibly. 4、Expertise in planning and developing marketing strategies for Instagram, Linkedin and others. 5、Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. 6、Flexibility to travel and attend industry fairs and events. 7、Demonstrable results from previous projects (e.g., number of followers, engagement, etc.). 8、Reside in Barcelona
