1. Develop a compliant cabling plan (including topology/cabinet/patch panel) based on IDC room planning, business requirements, and building structure, output construction drawings and material lists, and coordinate with equipment selection. ​ 2. Lead the on-site implementation of IDC cabling (cable laying / termination / testing / labeling) and the installation and debugging of equipment such as switches and routers, coordinating with the team to ensure construction quality and progress. ​ 3. Responsible for daily inspections and ledger management of the wiring system, quickly locating and repairing link/device failures to ensure network stability. 4. Monitor and optimize cabling performance, participate in disaster recovery cabling planning, and mitigate physical link security risks. ​ 5. Coordinate with IDC operations, project teams, and suppliers to support project acceptance, and produce implementation reports and operation manuals. ​

Job Requirements 1. Full-time undergraduate degree or higher (in Computer Science/Telecommunications/Weak Current-related fields), or full-time junior college degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. 2. Over 3 years of IDC cabling/integration experience, with familiarity in large-scale data center architecture preferred, and experience in major enterprises is an advantage. ​ 3. Accept on-site assignments, possess the ability to resolve field issues, cross-team communication skills, and resilience under pressure.
