Description: 1、Acts as the primary contact and person-in-charge for the group‘s regulatory reporting and regulatory information requests; 2、Monitor cryptocurrency related global regulatory reporting processes; 3、Maintains expert knowledge of all relevant laws, regulations and license conditions pertaining to regulatory reporting; 4、Continuously monitors and updates global policies and processes to comply with changes in regulatory reporting requirements; and 5、Works across key internal functions to ensure consistency, transparency and efficiency around regulatory reporting and communications; 6、Develop relationships with relevant regulatory authorities; 7、Support the company risk management framework in testing/monitoring/reporting and oversee remediation progress of compliance issues; 8、Provide compliance support in managing internal audits and regulatory inspections. 9、Conduct company-wide training on risk&compliance matters on a regular basis; 10、Provide legal support to business, conduct contract negotiation and review activities.

Requirements: 1、Full-time master's degree or above in law or other related diploma； 2、Minimum 1 year progressive working experience in securities companies and other financial institutions, cryptocurrency industry is preferred;  3、Demonstrated ability to apply regulatory knowledge to provide effective solutions to business in mitigating compliance risks; 4、Proven track record of successfully managing regulators and regulatory inspections; 5、Skilled in providing pragmatic advice to business on regulatory and compliance matters; 6、Ability in developing sound policies to convey regulatory requirements to operations and functions and assist in the development of standard operating procedures; 7、Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken) and impeccable interpersonal skills, Cantonese is a plus.
