Job overview
The Head of Zambia Credit Business will be responsible for managing the credit business team to ensure the smooth operation of the credit business in the Zambian market while controlling risks and improving the efficiency and quality of the business. This position requires a deep understanding of credit market dynamics, good risk management skills and team leadership skills.
Principal position
Planning and execution: Responsible for the development of credit business and plan, and supervise the implementation to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Risk management: Responsible for the risk assessment, monitoring and control of the credit business, including risk management before, during and after the loan, to ensure the security and stability of the credit business.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers understand customer needs, provide quality credit services, improve customer satisfaction.
And team management and training: responsible for the establishment, management and training of the credit business team, improve the professional quality and execution ability of the team. Market analysis and forecast: analyze the dynamics and trends of the credit market and predict market changes to provide basis for business decisions.

There is no limitation on academic qualifications.
At least 3-5 years working experience in credit business or related field, with in-depth understanding and rich practical experience in credit market.
Good risk management ability, familiar with credit business risk assessment, monitoring and control process.
And there are plans to return to Zambia.
