Break down annual marketing development targets into monthly, regional, and customer-specific goals, tracking and publishing progress updates weekly to ensure effective control over the annual channel development objectives. 2. Establish a long-term incentive mechanism for business managers, ensuring channel development work is linked to employee performance at relevant milestones. 3. Develop channel recruitment plans according to the channel expansion plan, organize various brand recruitment activities, and provide administrative and logistical support for recruitment work in each region to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks. 4. Follow up with different customers and at different stages of the work process, signing different agreements with customers, such as authorization agreements for new customers, annual discount agreements for existing customers, special support agreements (including housing subsidies) and franchise store subsidy agreements, etc. 5. Review online new customer and store processes based on customer basic information, register customer and store information to form a basic information table, accurately maintain customer and store information in the SAP system, and create customer numbers, store numbers, and after-sales numbers to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 6. Provide logistical support for marketing meetings through established management procedures to ensure their smooth operation; coordinate the organization and management of marketing meetings across various channels, and streamline meeting preparations and project implementation with relevant departments. 7. Before clients visit the company, confirm their purpose and itinerary with the reporting department and develop a reception plan; categorize clients according to reception standards, and arrange accommodation, meals, and transportation after determining their level, ensuring all reception aspects are properly arranged.
