Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the President in handling various work matters, ensuring timely and accurate communication, coordination, follow-up, and feedback. 2. Assist the President in following up and providing feedback on the progress of various internal and external company projects. 3. Handle administrative duties, including meeting arrangements, work reports, documents, reports, and daily paperwork. 4. Accompany the President on visits to subsidiaries worldwide to conduct research on team organization development, strategy implementation, budget execution, and other aspects, particularly assessing the morale and operational capabilities of reserve managers. 5. Assist the President in external public relations, arranging, organizing, supervising, coordinating, promoting, and implementing assigned tasks. 6. Organize or participate in major company promotional and social events, promoting the company at these events to enhance the company's overall image. 7. Complete other tasks assigned ad hoc. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, 3-10 years of work experience in business management, marketing, human resources, or other related fields; 2. Excellent writing and communication skills, native English speaker; 4. Note: Travel to the United States is required.
