Job responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the delivery date review and follow - up of new orders. Communicate with suppliers to ensure that orders are completed on time and with high quality. 2. Make shipping plans according to customer requirements. Coordinate the booking of shipping space, container loading and other shipping matters. Coordinate external resources such as freight forwarders and shipping companies to ensure the smooth shipment of goods. 3. Skillfully prepare and review a full set of import and export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc., to ensure that they meet the requirements of customs and customers and effectively avoid document risks. 4. Skillfully operate the ERP system to complete order notifications, input shipping information into the system, conduct data statistics and archive relevant documents. 5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth information flow and consistent implementation. Have a risk awareness and ensure that all operations comply with customs policies and the company’s compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
1. A college degree or above. Majors in international trade or logistics management are preferred. 2. Have relevant work experience in procurement follow - up or import/export shipping. Be familiar with Vietnamese customs policies, customs clearance procedures and HS code classification. 3. Be proficient in using the ERP system and Office software. Have a basic command of English. 4. Be fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Vietnamese and Chinese, which can be used as working languages. 5. Be outgoing and good at communication. Have a sense of responsibility, the ability to withstand pressure and team - working spirit.
