Job responsibilities
Archibat is looking for A CAFM CAD SPECIALIST for a LEADING US ARCHITECTURE FIRM to join its office in Shanghai OR Beijing. This global firm specializes in planning, design and delivery solutions for building and communities. With over a quarter century of being on the ground of Asia, this well known firm has been ranked in the Top 10 Green Design Firm, Architectural/ Engineering Firm in the world on several occasions during the last decade.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1.5 – 10 years of AutoCAD working experience
2.Formal education in AutoCAD preferred
3.English language proficiency
4.Working knowledge of HTML, Web based applications and FTP tools
5.Thorough understanding of basic CAFM functions and automated processes
